Club & Team Structure

🏛 Club Structure (Big Picture)

  1. The Corner Clubhouse

    • The heart of the program where students gather, dream, and create.

    • Welcomes all ages (5–18) with activities tailored for different levels.

  2. Age-Based Circles

    • Spark Circle (5–9): Playful projects that introduce big ideas.

    • Impact Circle (10–13): Hands-on projects with team roles.

    • Leader Circle (14–18): Student-led initiatives, mentorship, and advocacy.

  3. Mentors & Guides

    • Caring adults who coach, support, and cheer students on.

    • More “guide on the side” than “sage on the stage.”

  4. Family Partners

    • Parents and caregivers join through take-home kits and showcase events.

    • Encouraged to co-create or volunteer during projects.

  5. Community Connections

    • Local organizations, nonprofits, and businesses partner with teams.

    • Help students bring their ideas into the real world.

👥 Team Structure (Project-Level)

Every project team is like a mini think-tank where each voice matters.

  • Team Captain 🧭
Leads meetings, keeps the group organized.

  • Idea Builder 💡
    Brings creativity and problem-solving energy.

  • Fact Finder 🔎
Researches, asks questions, gathers community input.

  • Storyteller 🎤
Shares updates, creates posters, videos, or social media.

  • Harmony Keeper 💖
Makes sure everyone feels heard, included, and respected.

✨ Teams rotate roles so everyone gets to practice different skills.
