Kindness Club is a playful, creative afterschool journey where young kids explore how to care for others, celebrate differences, and create spaces where everyone belongs.
Through storytelling, hands-on activities, and teamwork, kids learn how kindness, empathy, and respect can make their school and community a better place for all.
🧭 How It Works
Each session is filled with movement, making, and meaningful moments:
💛 Social-Emotional Learning (SEL): Kids build empathy, friendship skills, and self-confidence through games and group talks.
🎨 Creative Expression: Kids use art, drama, and storytelling to explore identity, emotions, and inclusion.
🌍 Community Awareness: Simple activities that help kids understand what it means to be welcoming, helpful, and kind to others.
🧸 Play-Based Problem Solving: Practice caring for friends, resolving conflicts, and speaking up for others in safe, fun scenarios.

Each week brings a joyful mission like:
🧸 Welcome Wagon Workshop: Decorate welcome signs and kits for new classmates or neighbors.
🎭 Feelings Theater: Act out scenes about kindness, inclusion, and standing up for others using puppets or costumes.
📦 Helping Hands Boxes: Pack care kits or cards for people in the community (like school staff, elders, or shelters).
🎨 All About Us Gallery: Create self-portraits and friend portraits to celebrate how we’re all unique—and all amazing!
📚 Story Explorers: Read stories about friendship and fairness, then create your own classroom “Kindness Book.”

At the end of the program, we host a cozy and cheerful Kindness Club Celebration, where kids:
