How the Mission Works

Just 15–30 minutes per week. Simple steps. Big heart impact.

🌱 Week 1: What Is Kindness?

Kids explore what kindness looks and feels like through stories, examples, and playful role-play.
They begin to see themselves as someone who can make a difference.

👀 Week 2: Spot Unkind Moments

Kids practice noticing unkind or unfair moments in everyday life — without blame or shame.
This builds awareness, empathy, and emotional intelligence.

✋ Week 3: Interrupt with Kindness

Kids learn safe, age-appropriate ways to interrupt unkindness using words, actions, and support.
These small “micro-missions” help kids feel brave and capable.

📣 Week 4: Spread Kindness

Kids create a simple kindness campaign using notes, posters, or messages to encourage kindness at home, school, or in their community.

🎉 Week 5: Reflect & Celebrate

Kids reflect on what they noticed, how they grew, and celebrate their journey as official Kindness Leaders.

The mission is designed to feel empowering — never overwhelming.
