Our Founder
The Socio-Conscious Corner™ was founded to explore a fundamental question:
How can developmental science help educational communities more intentionally cultivate the conditions through which people become capable of contributing to a flourishing society?
That question led to the development of the Theory of Socio-Conscious Development, the Socio-Conscious Leadership Framework™, and the institutional work that continues today.
Like the scholarship itself, the institution continues to evolve through research, partnership, and learning.
